Deep Conditioning (Every 4-6 Months):
To maintain your leather's appearance and durability, condition your bag every 4-6 months using a leather conditioner appropriate for genuine leather. This process helps preserve the material, maintain suppleness, and support the natural patina development that gives your bag character.

Critical: Use Appropriate Leather Care Products:
Never use water, household soap, or cooking oils on leather -these will cause drying, discoloration, or damage. Always choose leather-specific cleaners and conditioners from reputable brands designed for genuine leather care.

Important: Always test any new product on a small, hidden area of your bag before applying to visible surfaces.

Shipping

  • At checkout, you'll see a delivery estimate, which is typically 7–10 business days for most items. This estimate includes both the time to process your order and the time it takes the carrier to ship it. Many items often arrive sooner.
  • Orders over $100 ship free! All other orders have a flat shipping rate of $7.95.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, notify us within 7 days for a free return and full refund or replacement.
