How to Start a Return in 3 Simple Steps
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
- Email Us First: To begin, send an email to returns@luxatote.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Wait for Instructions: Please wait for our reply with the correct return address before shipping your item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
There are two types of returns, depending on the reason:
If Your Item is Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect
If we made a mistake, we'll make it right.
- Let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- We will cover all return shipping costs.
- There is no restocking fee.
- You'll receive your choice of a free replacement or a full refund.
For All Other Returns (e.g., Change of Mind)
If the item wasn't a perfect fit for you, here's how it works:
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- The original shipping fee paid on your order is non-refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the item's price.
- (For example, if you return a $100 item, your refund would be $85.)
A Few Key Details
- Looking for an Exchange? The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
- Return Condition: All items must be returned in unused, unwashed, and resaleable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, custom products, and any items marked "non-returnable" on their product page cannot be returned.
- Refund Timing: Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
