You will see a delivery estimate at checkout, which is typically 7–10 business days for most items. Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee, and it includes both our processing time and the carrier's transit time. Products from the BYMANYC brand have a longer estimated delivery window of 12–15 business days.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.95 per order. If your order total is $100 or more (after discounts), your shipping is completely free!

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories like Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our Order Tracking page. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to show its first update in the carrier's system.

We work with multiple suppliers to bring you a diverse collection of products. Because of this, items from a single order may ship from different locations. This means you might receive more than one package and more than one tracking number for your order.

You may request a return within 14 days of your order's delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in unused, unwashed, and original resaleable condition with all tags and packaging included. If Your Item is Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect let us know within 7 days of delivery. View the full return policy.

To start a return, please email us at returns@luxatote.com with your order number and the reason for the return. It is important that you wait for our reply with instructions and the correct return address before shipping your item.

Please contact us at returns@luxatote.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will cover all costs to provide you with a full refund or a free replacement.

If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage or error (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the original shipping fee paid on your order is non-refundable.
