Our Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $7.95 for all orders.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more!
    • (This is calculated on your merchandise subtotal after any discounts are applied.)

How Long Will It Take?

At checkout, you'll see a delivery estimate, which is typically 7–10 business days for most items.

  • Please note: This is an estimate, not a guarantee. It includes both the time to process your order and the time it takes the carrier to ship it. Delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside of our control.
  • Heads-Up for BYMANYC Brand: Products from this specific brand have a longer estimated delivery window of 12–15 business days.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
  • At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (like Puerto Rico), or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking & Multi-Item Orders

  • You'll Get an Email: We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
  • Separate Packages: Because we partner with multiple suppliers, items from the same order may ship separately. This means you might receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.
  • Tracking Activation: It can take 24-48 hours for a new tracking number to show updates in the carrier's system after you receive your confirmation email.

Common Questions

  • Wrong Address? Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to you for an additional postage fee.
  • Package Says "Delivered" But It's Not There? Please contact us at connect@luxatote.com within 3 business days of the delivery notification. We will help you work with the carrier to investigate.
