Daily Care & Spot Cleaning:

This "spray-wipe-done" method takes just moments and keeps your bag looking fresh between deeper conditioning treatments. While it won't provide deep cleaning or conditioning, it's perfect for addressing the minor wear that comes with daily use.

Deep Conditioning (Every 4-6 Months):
To maintain your top-grain leather's beauty and durability, condition your bag every 4-6 months using a premium leather balm or conditioner. This process both deep cleans and nourishes the leather, helping it develop character while maintaining suppleness. Schedule regular conditioning sessions - consistency is key.

Critical: Use Quality Leather Care Products Only:
Never use water, household soap, or cooking oils on top-grain leather - these will strip protective coatings and cause drying or damage. Always choose leather-specific cleaners and conditioners from trusted brands that are formulated for quality leather care.

Important: Always test any new product on a small, hidden area of your bag before applying to visible surfaces.

Will this bag stand up on its own?
Yes! The structured square shape with crisp edges is designed to stand upright independently, maintaining its professional silhouette whether full or empty.

Shipping

  • At checkout, you'll see a delivery estimate, which is typically 7–10 business days for most items. This estimate includes both the time to process your order and the time it takes the carrier to ship it. Many items often arrive sooner.
  • Orders over $100 ship free! All other orders have a flat shipping rate of $7.95.
  • Heads-Up for BYMANYC Brand: Products from this specific brand have a longer estimated delivery window of 12–15 business days.
  • At this time, shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, notify us within 7 days for a free return and full refund or replacement. Other returns incur a 15% restocking fee and require the customer to cover shipping. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resaleable condition with original tags and packaging.
