This process both deep cleans and nourishes the leather, helping it develop that distinguished patina while maintaining suppleness and strength.

Critical: Use Quality Leather Care Products Only:
Never use water, household soap, or cooking oils on premium leather—these will strip natural oils and cause drying or damage. Always choose leather-specific cleaners and conditioners from trusted brands that are formulated for quality leather care.

Yes! The Grace is an excellent travel companion. The recessed zip-top keeps contents secure, and the central divider makes it easy to remove your laptop during TSA screening.

What are the slip pockets for?
The double slip pockets are perfectly sized for your phone, pens, business cards, and small accessories - keeping frequently needed items organized and instantly accessible without digging through the main compartment.

Shipping

  • At checkout, you'll see a delivery estimate, which is typically 7–10 business days for most items. This estimate includes both the time to process your order and the time it takes the carrier to ship it. Many items often arrive sooner.
  • Orders over $100 ship free! All other orders have a flat shipping rate of $7.95.
  • Heads-Up for BYMANYC Brand: Products from this specific brand have a longer estimated delivery window of 12–15 business days.
  • At this time, shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, notify us within 7 days for a free return and full refund or replacement. Other returns incur a 15% restocking fee and require the customer to cover shipping. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resaleable condition with original tags and packaging.
